1. What are cookies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We also use similar technologies such as local storage for preferences where noted.

2. Categories we use

• Essential — required for sign-in sessions, CSRF protection, load balancing, and security. These cannot be switched off in the product if you use the Service.
• Preferences — theme or locale choices when you set them.
• Analytics — only if enabled for the site; used to understand aggregate usage. Not required for core desk functions.
• Marketing — not required for Agentic Workpack core product; used only if explicitly enabled later with consent where required.

3. Auth and email tracking

Transactional authentication email (sign-in links, password reset) should not use open or click tracking on the auth sending domain. See product mail operations policy.

4. Your choices

Browser settings can block or delete cookies. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in. Where a cookie banner is shown, you can accept or reject non-essential categories.
