By creating an account or using Agentic Workpack (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Agentic Workpack provides owner-led small businesses with white-collar desk capacity: helping prepare communications, follow-through, and related office work with human approval before anything that can spend money or reputation leaves your control. The Service is a Workpack of assisted jobs—not a substitute for licensed professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or tax).
You are responsible for account credentials, connected mailboxes, and activity under your account. Keep passwords and access tokens secure. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
You retain rights to content you provide. When you connect a mailbox, you authorize the Service to process messages as needed to prepare drafts and digests for your review. You must have the right to grant that access. You are responsible for complying with applicable email and privacy laws for your use of the Service.
By default, external sends and other side effects that can commit you require your approval in the product. You remain responsible for content you approve and send.
You may not use the Service to spam, phish, harass, violate law, or probe systems without authorization. We may suspend accounts that create risk for other customers or providers.
Paid plans, trials, and usage displays are described in the product (Basic, Grow, Pro). Fees are charged through our payment processor. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Cancel anytime from billing settings; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Drafts may be incomplete or incorrect; always review before sending.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or non-payment. Provisions that should survive (including liability limits) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above or by notice in the product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
