2. Data we process

  • Account data — name, email, authentication identifiers, organization membership.
  • Billing data — plan, invoices, payment method tokens handled by our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers).
  • Mailbox data — when you connect email, message metadata and content needed to prepare drafts and digests for your approval.
  • Business context — facts and notes you add or accept about your company.
  • Usage data — product events such as drafts prepared or approved (for reliability and plan fairness).
  • Technical data — IP address, device/browser type, logs for security and debugging.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

  • Provide and secure the Service;
  • Send transactional mail (sign-in links, password reset, billing);
  • Improve reliability and prevent abuse;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your mailbox content to train public foundation models.

4. Processors

We use infrastructure and vendors under contract, which may include hosting, database, authentication, email delivery (Mailgun), and payment processing (Stripe). Data may be processed in the United States and other countries where those providers operate, with appropriate safeguards where required.

5. Retention

We keep account and operational data while your account is active and as needed for legal, security, and billing records. You may request export or deletion as described below.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise rights. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
